■ 應(yīng)用特點 Application characteristics

1、  在少油情況下工作，性能超過其它已知邊界潤滑材料。
　　It is superior to those known marginal lubricating materials when lacking of lubrication oil.

2、  磨擦面較硬且厚，耐磨性好。
　　Owing to its thick and hard surface of friction, it has the advantage of low wear.

3、  機械強度大，能承受較大的動、靜載荷。適用于高載低速下的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，搖擺運動及經(jīng)常在載荷下啟閉頻繁而不易形成流體動力潤滑的結(jié)合。
　　High mechanical strength,it can stand heavy dynamic and static load. It is used in high load capacities and low speed with rotational, oscillating or frequent stop-start motion.

4、  在邊界潤滑條件下可長期不加油保養(yǎng)，而在過程中加油使軸承使用壽命更長。
　　It can work long time without oil in the condition of boundary lubrcation,under oil or grease lubrication Interval, the work is longer.

5、  表面塑料層在加工成型時可留一定的余量，裝配壓入座孔后可自行加工，以達到更好的裝配尺寸。
　　It is machinable for the thicker of POM.

6、  產(chǎn)品主要運用于汽車底盤、冶金機械、礦山機械、水利機械、建筑機械、農(nóng)用機械、軋鋼設(shè)備等。
