優(yōu)點(diǎn)與用途 Advantage and application scope
傳統(tǒng)的具有相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的孔與軸是有一定間隙的，并孔與軸之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)較大，使用鋼球保持圈后，使軸與孔不直接接觸，而是中間通過(guò)有微量過(guò)盈的鋼球，因而運(yùn)動(dòng)精度高，滾動(dòng)摩擦代替了滑動(dòng)摩擦，滾動(dòng)靈活，摩擦系數(shù)小，使用壽命長(zhǎng)、在既有轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、又有移動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合，用無(wú)油或加油的軸套與軸相配，雖然能滿足，但運(yùn)動(dòng)精度較低，用滾動(dòng)軸承，只能滿足軸相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合，而鋼球保持圈，則上述二個(gè)條件均滿足，目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于冷沖模架、高精度機(jī)床、機(jī)床附件以及要求高精度軸向或軸徑向同時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)合。
As the traditional work-craft has some grudge between bushing with posts, and the coefficient of friction is larger, now we have changed the work-ways to steel-ball directly face to face guide bushing, so the precision is machine, die machine, high precision machine which need rotation and vertical motion.
