優(yōu)點(diǎn)與用途 Advantage and application scope
傳統(tǒng)的具有相對運(yùn)動的孔與軸是有一定間隙的，并孔與軸之間的運(yùn)動摩擦系數(shù)較大，使用鋼球保持圈后，使軸與孔不直接接觸，而是中間通過有微量過盈的鋼球，因而運(yùn)動精度高，滾動摩擦代替了滑動摩擦，滾動靈活，摩擦系數(shù)小，使用壽命長、在既有轉(zhuǎn)動、又有移動的場合，用無油或加油的軸套與軸相配，雖然能滿足，但運(yùn)動精度較低，用滾動軸承，只能滿足軸相對轉(zhuǎn)動的場合，而鋼球保持圈，則上述二個條件均滿足，目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于冷沖模架、高精度機(jī)床、機(jī)床附件以及要求高精度軸向或軸徑向同時(shí)運(yùn)動場合。
